Check you Have HWK Modul is DEAD

is not Licence Problem is HW Problem with Box or HWK

Open Eyes and Read

First You must disable firewall/antivirus
If not helps and you again got Socket Error # 10060 you may have something wrong in winsock settings.
To reset winsock settings in Windows XP type in command prompt (Start->Run->cmd):
netsh winsock reset
and restart PC. After restart try to do HWK Update again
