Hi m8s

I'm have flashed several T630 and changed both MCU and GDFS. But lot of problems are getting problem with some phone cards. When I'm trying with my cards they are working good, but when I try with my customers cards they aren't working. Any idea what it can be ?

Below I'll write what I'm doing

1) Choosing the phone model
2) Choosing Manua mode
3) Flash MCU
4) Flash GDFS
5) Init locks

can someone see anything wrong

theres no modem selected....surely your flashing the modem as well? thats like flashing mcu to a nokia but not putting in language pack....

try flashing modem then let us know if it works ok

What is that problem? Describ it.

Remember if you downgrade exmaple from R6Cxxx version always flash MCU and MODEM!! No need flash GDFS.

In T630 better always write same version which is in phone but flash with RSA OFF.

In T610 better always if you downgrade write R4C003 version (MCU+MOD). If you write other then camera,IrDA, Bluetooth dont will be work. This is the best version for me, with other version i have many many problem (tested on ~30pcs).

The problem is that the phone is not accepting all cards, only some of them. Please tell me what the modem does for something ? And do I have to click on the Sim authentication or not ? And what does it do ?

try flasing mcu, modem and then unlock the phone, see if that fixes it

But in the future when I flash the T630, which steps do I have to do and which buttons do I have to press ?

Try flash MCU (T630_125789_R6C005_XXX_rsa_off.bis, where XXX is EU1, EU2, Emea1 etc.) and modem (t630_125805_R6C005_Modem.bih) and post results.

I couldn't find T630_125789_R6C005_XXX_rsa_off.bis on the Twister support. Please advice where I can find it ?

Don't search file T630_125789_R6C005_XXX_rsa_off.bis. !!!!!

Search example T630_125789_R6C005_Emea1_rsa_off.bis

Path: /twister/SE/Flashfiles/T610/R6C005/t610_125572_R6C005_emea1_rsa_off.bis

Understand?

i have several customers complaining about brand new t610 R6C005 and R7A011. what problems have you encountered with new versions of T610?

Any problems, but if downgrade from R6Cxxx version example to R5xxxx or older then camera, irda and bluetooth dosen't work.
Only on R4C003 (MCU+MODEM) work all perfect.

But I need it with scandinavian language pack, and it isn't in these Emea files.
