Problem With Flashing 3650.. - GSM-Forum

I Have Tried To Flash 3650 But It Could't Power Up And It Flashed Well , So I Don't Know Why It Doesn't Powered Up .
Can Anybody Tell Me The Reason ?

Note :
The Phone Memory Was Full Up And I Have Tried To Format It But Couldn't .

hi

use file ccserasepmm then reflash phone + write pm

the phone will be work ok

you are probably using the wrong combination of MCU / PPM, check very well..
