Problem Running USF-3 Software - GSM-Forum

I finally got an updated version for my USF-3. I downloaded the UFS suite and when I ran the install it said to delete all old versions which I did. Now after I start any of the files it says Access violation at address: 00000000 Read address 00000000.

Then when the files open and I try to connect it says UFS .rtp "Bad environment31. Library not found" Clean system for obsollete USB Drivesl.

I know I'm new at this but before when I had the old version of Sara at least it loaded.

HELP

Uninstall Usb Drivers Then Reinstall Drivers From Where You Installed The New Ufs-3 Suite

Uninstall UFS Suite, Remove USB Connection of UFS Box, Install UFS Suite,Restart Computer, Connect USB Cable to Box, Now Install Drivers... Check UFS SW if OK...Good Luck

Ok I thought I did this but I don't think I disconnected the cable. I'll try it. Thanks for the help.

Ok, I got a brand new computer and downloaded the UFS-3 Suite. When I ran the program I get the same f**k message. "Bad envirnoment 31. Clean system from obsolute USB Drivers".
I have nothing on this brand new computer and I still get this message.

Somebody please HELP!!!
