problems with flashing samsung E700 !!! - GSM-Forum

i have problems with flashing samsung e800 and e700 by twister
after flashing about 5% of mcu i recieved message"mcu flashig failed"
then i updated my software and now after pressing"write flash" i recieve message "2nd boot failed :baud rate setup fail"
with bouth samsungs is the same problem, but i took samsung c100 and flashed it without problems
help please !!!

try first to take off the batteri and try to flash it. i always do that to get it work.

with battery, without battery, putting on battery just after starting flashing

Hi

Are you using the newest twistersuite ?

If yes then the problem have been asked and answered MANY times in the past weeks..

Untick "use loader 3.3" and it will work.

If you had used the search function you would have found that you are not alone ..

thanks twisterfan, but it didnt helped me i unticked and tryed to flash e700 and recieved the same mesage:baud rate setup fail
and when i chose e800 there is no posibility to untick this loader

when i use v1.4m_beta flashing starts but it ends at about 3% with message:mcu flashing fail
when i use v1.4q_beta, after pressing"write flash" i recieve message "2nd boot failed :baud rate setup fail"

for flashing e700 i used v1.4q beta, unticked "use loader 3.3" and changed baud rate to 115200
for e800 used v1.4p beta and changed baud rate to 115200

same problem with x100, but unticked use loader 3.3 and set baud to 230400 and it works, very slowly but works

i have e800 it restart after flsh with twister i tray all band rate but still restart
"use loader 3.3" it hidden in v1.4p_beta

Yes, unticked use loader 3.3 and it work :-)
