@raskal support blocked, help


Since today i can`t login to the support area. why did i get banned for? my box is 100% original and i didn`t share my password to anyone. much help apreciated.

My reseller is gsmaudi

I know audi, but we are working at support area, it will be problem for some users to log in until monday.

That explains my problem so

@Mantelis
Probably not a great idea posting your login details here on the forum as thats why we are already having this problem because other users are logging in with the same login details

is there any proplem for me or just support area have proplem for update ?

we have problem with support area, not only you have problems, support area data base have problems.

I think it is no big problem to disclose your login, after all it only consists of your reseller id and your sn which is not very hard to get hold of for third partys

same problem with me...i thought i have been banned although i have 100% original box ............Raskal plz do something for those who accidentally press abort button during firmware update

You are mixing here 2 different things.

1.) you press wrong button and damaged your twister

2.) our support area's data base is not working

two very different problems....

Support area works but not okay, i think until monday we will be ready.

Sorry for all that trouble but you all konw the reason, for us was also a lot of work to remake again the whole support area structure in order to control the resellers what login and passwords they make.
