reset user lock problem on 7250?
 

im trying to reset security code on a 7250. it tells me that security code is set to 12345. then all oki. the phone work with orginal card. but ask for sec. code when i insert a new simcard ..then sec code 12345 do not work. is there any other solutions for this without out full reset?

Use "FactoryDefaults"
because Nokia close "Reset User Lock" in new Sw versions

yes . but if i use factorydefaults i lose all setup on mobile phone. like pitcures, ring tones, games? wap setup ect?? dont i?

Of course will loose some user settings (except a standard gallery)
Backup this with some common nokia software.

im new on twister. can you tell me how i backup using twister?

To Backup PhoneBook, DoubleClick on " Phone Book" in
"User Setting Items" Gro*****, will be created PHB file.
To write back do this:
1. Unselect "Use Ini File Settings" (if this not specifed in INI)
2. Select "Phone Book" in "User Setting Items" Gro*****
3. Do "Write User Settings" (use previous PHB file)
