hi , some one got this file , " sarasbox.ept " , when i connect twister and show "found new hardware " universal box " plz help ........

i got ufs.ept now , but , someone tech me how to write to ufs box ???

You can flash eeprom with Mprog2.3 or higher,download at official HP:

6020 Always glowing display light when insreted battary.But power switch ok phone is ok.
