step by Step To Repair the unexpected Exception Box_Error: 32

this is apig problem to repair the pox with the Error "unexpected Exception Box_Error: 32"

but this is the way to handl it with easy steps

1- install Dctx ver M then contact it with your box and press Connect(Pic 1)
2- then go to ufs2 tabe and press Update firmware ( you Ignore the Error window) you will get the message "Are you sure you want to Update box firmware will lose box Reg" click Yes(Pic 2)

Note
a) if the program asked for activation string there is aprogram can give you the old strings for ver M then put them and complet the steps

b) if the program told you that your SN not vaild then change it to 2338 and complete the steps

3- awidow will be open to chose the REQ.FBI file chose it and press Open(Pic 3)
you will get a message "Update server completed Requerd Jobes .... "(pic 4)
then there is afile with your box SN ande ext. Req is genrated

Now convert the Req file to Fbi file

4- open Dctx ver M again and contact it with your box and press Connect
then go to ufs2 tabe and press Update firmware and chose the FBI file (the one that you converted from Req file )

Now you have solve the First problem

5- Run Dctx Ver i or K and press connect will asked about the strings Insert the New Strings this time then you will get a messgae to Update youe box chose yes(Pic 5)

your box will be updated and back alife again

( you can now change your serial to any one but you must have the strings for that SN)

- Run "DCTx12m", and upgrade "Ufs2_V2.5.fbi" select *fbi for upgrade file,

Now your box Firmware Vers. V2.5

DOWNLOAD DCTx 12m AND Ufs2_V2.5.fbi




*Today I did some intrucciones to upgrade firmware also, but theirs they are very good

very good study , just repair one box but one question i changed serial to 2338 now i change it to original or keep it as is 2338????

you can keep it or get you Oreginal one as you like you will only need the SN strings

You need delete old xxxx.fbi, and generate new xxxx.req and new xxxx.fbi

cautition no confuse old .fbi and new .fbi

i think C02EC8 - it is atmega fuses. But they must be CC2EC8. How i can repair them ?

For all kind of errors, 32, 50, 52, .... the best solution to repair the box is in this thread. I use to have those problems, after I deal with hwk cracked, but now my box is ok. Follow carefully all the steps.

@ SubZverb

- Newbie working with UFS? Using Swich or large cable?

* Any USB ports on some laptops or PCs, can not supply enough current so it might be problem too

Change your usb port, test any ports, and your pc to ufs cable is too long use small cable every thing will be ok, delete and reinstal drivers.

Or switch compatibility to USB1.1 standard, for my NO use swich, or large cable.

Or test in other computer.



- Later you need upgrade firmware, your device ID is 62 CF 0 then your device requires an update, an updated device will show 62 CF 1 7.

* For this cuestion, you need read all thread and to continue the steps.
