Support Area login details, important, please read !

Dear Twister customers



Please make sure that you will NOT SHARE your personal login details (login and password) with others otherwise the system will DELETE your account. We will NOT OPEN a new account again and the you have to obtain updates in future by yourself using www.google.com , with other words, you will loose your support even your box is original.



If your reseller did not informed you about the rules, please read the rules again so no one can say he did not know the rules !!!



We have to take care about things like that since we have many customers and we have to keep a constant good support with a fast download speed. We can't guarantee our users a fast download if some users share their support password and overload our server. Every customer have the right to get support, if you have no support password, contact your reseller with follow details:



Box serial number

Date of purchase

Name of reseller



RULES

- if using a download manager please no more than 6 files simultanious

- do not share the link to this download area and do not share your logindetails

- no more than 3 different IP's per account

- no connection simultanious with 2 different IP's

Just look at the screenshot and you will undestand why i say that. Yesturday i desabled one user wich downloaded this month 36 !!!! GB files. This means he downloaded every file 3x. Actions like this will slow down the transfer rate for other users and this is not okay. Please think about your next, you are not alone !
