i use update firmware option & write old file Req.fbi

after this box give me ( unexpected exception:box_auth_error:32 )

I assume you have flashed more than 200 Nokias then, the 0000001 feature is a preview until you fit an HWK module.

You'll have to ask your reseller to send you back the needed firmware file.

the "req.fbi" is for you to grnerate a "req file" of your box...
now you need to send to your reseller to get your "fbi file"
now your box is totally damage without the fbi

i found xxxx.fbi file on my pc & try agine but the same problem .

There is a certain release (i dont know what version) of twister suite that can be sucessfully upload the fbi file.

Everytime you make A request for a "req.fbi" this changes the expected reply "XXXXX.fbi" for your Twister from your Supplier.

1.You Must now Generate req.fbi again and send to your reseller.

2. Do not run twister again until your supplier send you file back "xxxxx.fbi" to upload to your Twister.(xxxxx is your box Number).

3. When you receive xxxxxx.fbi from your reseller

Using DCTx 1.3a
Connect to Twister
Click on UFSx Tab
Click on Update Firmware
upload the attached fbi to your box
Re-Connect

and enter the new activation keys as below, enter the DCTx one last, this will allow you to activate all the modules from just DCTx.

MoAc: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Siem: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
EriN: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
DctN: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
SamN: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

XXXXXXXXXXXXX will be new keys from your supplier sent with req.fbi

If you run Twister "xxxxxx.fbi" again before your reseller sends you "req.fbi" then the number that you sent to your reseller is useless and you have to start all over again.

I did same as you last year by accident and this is what Odia told me to do

If you box NEEDS this update then the software will show you a BOX_AUTH_ERROR_xx

If you do NOT HAVE THIS ERROR the DO NOT update your box ! ! !

After you start the update your box will not work until after you complete the update.

ASK YOU RESELLER for the REQ-FBI exchange. This can take 1 - 48 hours ! !

Dear Twister Users:

Please do the following Procedure in order to upgrade your Twister boxes:

1. Download the New Firmware\req.fbi from support area
2. Install latest Twister suite 1.13
3. Open the Twister_DCTx.exe
4. Press Update Firmware - select the file req.fbi
5. Wait until the process finish
6. Go to Directory: C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix and find the file name 2xxx.req
7. Send this xxxx.req to your reseller and you will get your xxxx.fbi file back to upgade new firmware again.
8. Now your box is ready to using with lastest version of Twister software.

yes 100% you need to run above req.fbi then send to your reseller who will have to go to Sara's for new calculation and then your reseller will send you back new code to re-start your box.

All will be Okay then.

Very dangerous button UPDATE FIRMWARE in dctx platform
