when i flashing 3650 it make what before as 1st boot ok and seconed boat failed so i want to know what does it mean by seconed boat
and be thanx for any replay

whats the condition of the phone you are trying to work on, dead i presume.

Please check for hardware faults

First "check" (using check button),if u got error the this is uor cable problem, connect the phone corectly...if all boot ok then this is must hardware problem
