im getting box auth error 31 after i press connect.

have u tried installing the new usb drivers? read above for the correct procedure

if problem persist , then contact with your reseller eiterh you need to upload your box firmware again or need to change the device !!!

error 31 means wrong auth data inside

I have 51 erorr after I enter activation string for new dctn ver.
Problem is now I cant make req file whit ver.12m, it give me error code 0000000
Resler cant help me hi said thet I need help from here

other new soft works after entering activate strings

thanxs tried new usb drivers still same error.need new firmware update i think.

you should use latest twister suite, 1.27 only

when I try update firmware whit 13e, I can only load fbi. Can't make req file
