unexpected Exception: Box_Auth_Error: 32
whow i resolve this problem
twister suite 1,22 i receive strings from my reseler works 100%
yesterday my pc have a problem and afther thath twister dctx give me these error
i tried to instal in new pc and i receive the same error
help please

Maybe U must receive new string from ur reseller,maybe in this case U got this problem after use the newest version without update!!!

Follow this instuctions

1. Download the "New Firmware Request" file "req.fbi" from www.twisterflasher.com/activation
2. Install latest Twister suite (1.13 or higher)
3. Run the NOKIA program "Twister_DCTx" and 'CONNECT' (OK and ignore the ERROR-32 message) if you have no error message, just go to step 4.
4. Press "Update Firmware" and select the file req.fbi you have downloaded in step 1.
5. Wait until the upload process is finished (2-5 seconds) This will generate a new 'req' file
6. Go to Directory: C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\ and find the file name "xxxx.req"
7. Send this "xxxxx.req" to your reseller. DO NOT UPLOAD THE REQ.FBI FILE AGAIN.
8. Your reseller will send a file "xxxxx.fbi" back to upgade the box.
9. Select 'Update Firmware" again, this time select the "xxxxx.fbi file you just received.
10. You are now ready to use the box with the latest Twister-Suite installation.
