Exclamation twister HWK error pls pls pls need your help


gud day to all sir and master and co member asking your help pls....im newly HWK user and i buy my HWK this february 16, 2011.....with cd software HWK support suite exe. and HWK suite setup exe.......before i install this softawre......i have previous setup installed in my computer this one ufs suite_setup_v03.03.000 i forgot to uninstall...i accidentally run the HWK support suite exe. and successfully installed and i run the HWK update and successfully update too........and then i run the HWK suite_setup exe and there is error found..........so i decided to uninstall all set up the previous ufs suite_setup_v03.03.000 and HWK support suite exe. and HWK suite_setup.....because when i read the correct procedure i do mistake coz i did not uninstall the ufs suite_setup_v03.03.000.........so now almost six days i cannot update my HWK coz there is error found heres the logs error...pls help me sir , master and co member please please please........pgrade log:

u serch google raskal.exe download then repair ufsx then disconnect box then use latest setup 2.20 then update

From six day I am trying to update, but Worthless.....

Actually, this is my Clint HWK. I am trying to update it from last 6 days. Always same Problem as follows:-

uninstall all saras then clean up registry restart and install support suite try upgrade
