Twister + HWK update error, any solution? - GSM-Forum

Hello friends, I have a small problem installing
the HWK in my Twister.
check the error log:

it show HWK NOT CONNECTED or DEAD so contact u r re sailer

I think the problem must be on board HWK,
There is some method to recover it?
or just another HWK

I've got "HWK not authorised, use update tool", Pl reply me as early as possible.
