Twister Suite v1.32.000 Probs....... - GSM-Forum

After installing the new Twister Suite my Twister_RTP and Twister_DCTx are running smoothly, but my Twister_Acer, Twister_Sam, Twister_ATRZ is showing "Selected Device, not compatible with software"

I'm using 98 SE giving that error, but w/ XP all is ok. anybody experience this

Only DCTx and SAMs was updated the other exes are exactly the same as in 1.31, so I cannot see why you would have problems with ACER and ATRz.

mabu windows is bugged up

....how ever there is some bugs in new version - program dont't recognize second two eproms at 6600 and cannot delete it to flash phone MCU and PPM......how ever prog is goodfor now

we need more updates for saras boxes........regards

Maybe it will be fixed next update, 'coz on XP runs all

or do you have any idea why my ATRZ, Moto_Acer & Sam got error? I just notice this when I try to unlock a Mot T190, frequently I used DCTx always and I have dual boot PC 98SE & XP.

It should be pc problem. Atrz and moto hasnt been updated for a while... Reinstall your windows and I think everything will be fine...

Can you be sure that ATRz and ACER worked ok in the last release? I did not mention here SAMs as this was changed last release.

If you are sure they worked ok, then it has be a PC problem as the EXEs are exactly the same ones, not recompiled or anything.

I also have same problem works fine in xp and 98 but in winME pc reboots when trying to run dctx 1.3k and samsung soft. what could be the problem..... but 1.3j is alright.....

Try uninstall twistersuite and its usb driver. Restart PC then install it again.

I thinks its just an installation error or driver error.

Disable any anti-virus or firewall for the first time you run the new DCTx or SAMs, this software contains an updated version of Themida and it needs to install its sys driver, if it cannot it reboots the PC for some unknown reason.

'coz I always used DCTx and RTP, others not

BTW, If my pc is the probs, why DTCx and RTP is ok?

m8 I dont have any anti virus and firewall installed in my pc where i am using winME and where win98 and xp i have an anti virus and it works alright.... anymore ideas and help. thanks again for quick reply.

Because the modules use different versions of internal code, although the RTP is around the same age as ACER and ATRz.
