Twister will not flash dead Nokias

I have 4x dead Nokias none of which can be detected by my Twister box. I have tried manual & auto-detect settings but cannot get the phones to flash.
The phones are 2x 6230 & 2x 7610.

Any help greatly appreciated

Or manually select model and flash files, then click Flash.. you should be able to force it to flash without autodetection.

Which model is causing the problem?

I don't have Twister but I have Tornado, I had this problem with a 6230 before, try when reading the phone to power up the phone by pressing the power key - it worked for me.

Not sure if this will help in your case, but I have also posted a flashing problem with 6230 & 7610. However, I solved the 6230 flashing when I used a working cable borrowed from a friend. It turned out to be cable problem in the case of the 6230. The cable I borrowed was from Griffin flasher.

As for the 7610, not solved yet, but I suspect it could be hardware problem as Twister is able to detect phone, but could only erase 1-2% of the flash. Could be a bad flash chip.

If it is not a cable/connection problem then they must have a hardware failure.
Check it out
