U Torrent, The Root does not answer
 

i installted the Utorrent and configurated as the guied that showed. when i start to connect with the aim target Root/HWK_SW/, i became negative answer. it says target rejected your demand. This is the first attempt to get the target to do the first download. I tryed the Guidspeed, it was ok and they connect me wit the DSL. but to do the first download, it does not work. I am capchared, i cann not move any more. I Need some one to push me forword. i do not know wether the Proxy or the router. I have no idea. please could some member help me.
