Unexpected Exception: BOX_ERROR: 1020 with DCTx tools 1.3_k - GSM-Forum

I get an error message saying;

Error
Unexpected Exception: BOX_ERROR: 1020

My box is original and Scott knows that.
Is that latest installation problem or what?

i have the same problem...

my box is original twister, and the program write, that CLONE BOX...
im am angry!!!!!!!!

Why doint u guys uninstall the update and re-install the former one U had and use

Yes it works with older versions, but we need to know what this error means in order to contact our resellers (maybe?).

I bought my twister more than one year ago.

Well what is the problem then..

Just re-request the activation file and activate..

He is stating that IF you have done it then they will be able to spot it...You have not been doing this so you have nothing to worry about...

My box give me:
Error
"Unexpected Exception :BOX_AUTH_ERROR:32"
This Error its after create .req file to send to my resseler with Dctx 1.3h and when start Dctx 1.3_k to upload .fbi file software give me this error , and this error persist with all version of software.
Please help to solve my problem.
