unlock issue ????? - GSM-Forum

HI GUYS,

I've just bought a twister box recently-so I've been practicing on my own phone(6230).
The problem is this-, I unlocked the phone using the codes supplied buy the box reading the phone and it seemed to work--until I put in another sim from another network and it didn't so a signal strength bar on the phone and when I tried to call out it says" no network coverage",but when I put my original sim back into the phone it works perfectly !

Can anyone explain what I'm doing wrong?

(my phone was locked to vodafone UK,and I tried O2 UK in the phone after unlock)

just plug phone back in, connect and click INFO button and then "double-click" on INIT SIM LOCKS text

After this try sim card again, but I am thinking your o2 sim card has been switched off m8!!

Contact me directly of you have any further problems with Twister

You put inside this other card from same operator as you have orginal? Maybe phone have Imei Blocked? :-)

If some process failed, maybe you need to rewrite new pm; not very sure about this, but you can try.

Sorry guys-found out today that mt nokia had been blocked !!!
