Updated Siemens Freia UFS - GSM-Forum

Hi

I know it is unsupported but someone might know something anyway..

Is there any soon to be updates of the siemens software for TwisterFlasher ?

I especially miss unlocking of CF62 and C65 phone models plus a few others..

Anyone know any secret details ?

But, siemens does everything against unlocking, so it's very hard to support siemens. That's why Saras won't do it. I would be perfectly satisfied if he support only those phones what he does now. (Okay new motorolas would be great, but as one of us said: Twister is only a Nokia flasher with some very good features!) Dont forget it!
Yep, and Freia has written by NUTZO!!! NOT SARAS!!! I have a feeling that Nutzo will create a box for siemens. Or He'll support twister or prodigy, whatever he wants. Only *** knows it.

@Saras: Please if you read this topic answer those two questions! (p2k and siemens support)

Well since I am Nutzo I can tell you straight the following:
- for the R65 series it will be a lot easier to write a flasher, since no need for
multiple loaders, one for all
- there is a "hidden" option to boot the phones without any kind of TP or desoldering.
It is merely for "repair" when bootcore is damaged, but hey! it is just good for us
- no, I won't create any box for Siemens, quite fed up with lotsa guys **********
around (not for Twister, not for Prodigy, not for serial cable)

So guess you have to wait for Zulea or Martech to make the awaited steps
(or anyone else being talented enough)

Hi Nutzo, please, just clarify to me: you said you´ll not create any box, so, why you dont release another version for Prodigy and/or UFS_Twister with all your knowledge?

I understand your point about not wanting to do free stuff that others can make money off..

I for one would be happy to pay you for a software that included all the new models for Siemens..

This way i would make money but you would too..

I never expected to get every update for twister for free and i dont think anyone else would..

@Nutzo: Don't make money for others! Try to agree with Twister and Prodigy to sell your Freia support! I think everybody would pay for it happily cause your Freia is the best program! Please, just think a bit on it...

Well me2 but i dont expect it, yeah well i expect continued support for the twistermodules allready developed and i would strongly hope they will some day do the P2K support allthough i have my doughts ...

But as you say, Nutzo is not a part of their team and they actually never promised Siemens support so just now it is just an added bonus for us..

@Twisterfan: Hmm.. P2k support would be nice. My reseller hasn't given me p2k cable, cause he thinks Twister will never support it. (Don't blame him, he is very correct and straight!) I hope he isn't right...

Only the twister team know if there will be any support for them...

I hope somebody of Twister Team will say something soon!

All want a all in one box which supports everything! But in my opinion the hardest brand to support is Siemens! And it is already hard to support 3 brands!
