For Relocking SIMLOCK, you have to type the MCC + MNC Provider Number. Please refer to the “List of Network Provider Lock” may use a SIMLOCKED phones to read out the MCC + MNC number.

hi,
MCU, the biggest file you will find in directory NHL-2NA, end with C1 for latin language.
PPM, contain languange package, in 7650 end with letter 01, 02, 03, etc.
CNT: content pack, only for DCT4 & BB5 phone with Gallery, Games,. no need for 7650.

to solve your problem, first try to format user area.
if failed, try to flash it, make full factory, and then format user area.

regards
