I see in the other thread you say your very disappointed, can you half imagine how disappointed Raskal is?

He made this offer for free logs for customers, not to make profit from it, but to say a thank you for buying Twister and a few have tried to make money from it, now I know many will not be happy from his action but at least I hope you can see his reasoning.

I am very disappointed from twister support : it is very good but you need buying your box from a honest reseller to have a pass (and thus your logs !), why can't we log in twister support by using our box online (by a new soft)?

I need those logs for mpx200 too but doesn`t matter so much to me, i bought twister because is excellent box, and since i bought it i took back the money hundreds or thounsend, if raskal find a way to give logs everybody will be happy. And one more thing to those who didn`t understand that : logs are given as bonus they are not in the price of box and don`t affect in no way support of Twister or any box sold by this team
Keep up Twister team you are the best, do everythink you can to remain the best

Before, a lot of people argued that the logs pay for the box, so it is a good investment. Some people bought it because of that.

Another point... these are the things, besides the great support site, that separate Twister from other UFS boxes.

That is why people are upset.
