Accelerometer sensor Problem

Hi,
I have a problem on my Accelerometer G-sensor (Samsung i8910),
so that the auto rotation screen don't work.
but it seem to work when I hit phone (slightly and most of times, more than one hit), on a hard surface.
and when I put it in my pocket, it come back to not working state (no auto rotation).

when I use soft like Anglemeter it's working but with a 4-5° deviation (on horizontal position).
even with a game like Marble Maze 2 (rolling a ball to a destination, through labyrinthe), it's seems working normaly.

Is the G-sensor using another thing during the auto rotation ???
And this G-sensor by hiting the phone start to work,
Can be a soldering problem or a connection one on the PCB, and were is located.???
Is there any solution for this,

no one has problem with autorotation (from portrait to landscap view) ????

I tried different firmware and,
On HX-V8 and n2o3 and n2o4 version, it was automatique rotation (of course when the sensor works)
but on HX-V3 the rotating is done by shaking the phone on the desired position ...

any comment
