anyone successfully reball qualcomm apq8060 1aa cpu in samsung skyrocket or in any other mobile phone ?

actually i need tips bcoz its pasted

is that a sandwich ic ?

this set s2 skyrocket have weak signal and mostly only emergency call

so finally i decided to change pa ,after remvove pa set has no power it takes power but stuck on some amp

one of my freind said when u give heat to remove pa this will damage qualcomm on backside

but i m not sure bcoz before pa i already change many ic and parts in this section

share ur expertise if u successfully remove and reballed this snapdragon cpu ?
