auto off issues in samsung (still not find perfect reason) - GSM-Forum

i recieve lots of samsung phones in auto off issues

the set power on and working perfect but suddenly off without any indication

i have samsung a5 which works fine but suddenly off and not power on and not show charging

the only way to power on is reconnect battery

the second one is tab s t705 8.4

it also working but suddenly off by itself and not power on again

now there are two ways to power in

one is insert charger and press power key

second is reconnect battery

i try replace batteries
reball power ic

also chk shortage

its appreciated if any member want to share his experience

when you connect to power supply how mush amperage absorbing do you get when you push power key????

it took much amp
even with power supply set to 6.5v
it show samsung with much absorbing amp and off

i also try this

take a tissue of cpu size and make it wet (squeeze extra water) and put on cpu ...now power on tab but it again auto off sometimes in seconds and sometimes in few minutes

check diodes or capacitors related to the cpu are shorted or damage and change

yes maybe someone here could figure it out..i have also galaxy prime working perfect but during standby it goes off already

Same issue on A5,Note4 Edge,J5 Prime.

I noticed ,once it s working, avoid it going to empty, keep it charged.
