i have 2 E330 also full flashing but lcd also blue.any who have solution for this problem?

Make sure that you are flashing with the right firmware. it could be E330b or something else.
Flashing it back with the correct flash file will solve the problem

Maybe it's a hardware problem .
Change that chip near the CPU !
