I think overall it break down to the condition of the polarizer after removing the glue; some have indent, scratch, pin holes from broke front glass lense.

I have attached a recent picture of my LCDs, hint thats an ip6 plus and I found that any LCD have deep polarizer scratch will require a new polarizer. The OCA wont mask it, even it does mask it after autoclave, after a fews hours or a day it will reappear again.

Talking about LCDs that do not have indent, scratch, pin holes, I have been doing the following and those 1 - 3 tiny bubbles problems still persist showing on the edges
  1. Applied OCA onto LCD (I've tried both methods on to LCD or Glass Lense)
  2. dump into autoclave for 11mins for 60'c 07mpa
  3. after autoclave, I use a heat press for 75c for 20seconds to press each LCD one at a time.
  4. then apply front glass lense onto LCD with a precision mould
  5. put LCD screen into vacuum lcd laminator one at a time (I found out there are tons of vids showing you can laminator 2 - 6 screens at one time. I think its bs due to the poor machine design)
  6. dump into autoclave for 23mins 60c 07mpa

I wonder how the Chinese & Apple assemble their screens without any tiny BUBBLES. I see many vids online showing how well ppls can refurbish their screens but they don't show close up or after an hoursday or is it pure marketing stunt to make you buy their machines. I hope some one really can shed some lights the proper way to do it as my broken screens orders are pilling up waiting to be refurbish.

ps: Sorry i just found out I can not post link due to new user limitation. I'm happy to create a skype group if any one keen to join in.
