I stopped doing OCA and went back to LOCA. so much better results,no dust, less headache.

these chinese laminator and autoclave are not good enough. commercial factories have controlled conditions and precise industrial equipment. for small shops, its hit or miss. sometimes you get 10/10, sometimes you get 1/10. there are just so many variables to get a perfect lcd, and a lot of these variables cannot be controlled by you (such as oca moisture, grade, age or air quality on a particular day,etc..).

This is correct guys there is no such method for non factory oca repair I've spent thousands on machines to do this with various results in an uncontrolled environment. Don't waste your money on this Chinesse marketing plan cause you will only meet the same fate as everyone in this thread.

Hi,

Iīm having an issue refurbishing iPhone 6 & 6+ screens, if I change the polarized film, the touchscreen *****, or donīt work, or works with flaws.
Iīm also putting the conductive paste in the upper corners... but no idea why this happen.
If I donīt change the polarized film, no problems at all, all working excellent, so itīs not the glass ond OCA.

If you have an advice, would be great.

Thanks

Hi, I think your problem are the Polarizer you're using in the moment!
Try to get good quality polarizer!

Thank you!

I ask my supplier several times, always tell me it is Original, and so on...
try different supplier, same results, also indicate it is Original Polarized film...

Do you have a link to a good polarized film so I can buy to try?

Thanks!
