Cellularman89. First i would like to thank your dedication.
Few questions:
1-) Tha vacuum laminator is very expansive. I am just begining this proccess. So, do you think it´s possible to do the process without the vaccum laminator and have good results?
2-) For now, i am not pulling off the lcd from the frame to avoid risk of cracking it. Have you ever done like this?

Thanks again
So. Let me tell what i have done until now.
i am trying to refurbish 2 displays.
LCD 01 is a Moto G
- put it in autoclave at 50ºC and 0.4 MPA for 40 minutes.
- No bubble, but they came back couple hours later
- as recomended, put in autoclave again at 20ºC an 0.4 MPA for 20 min
- No bubble, but some little bubbles came back couple hours later
- autclave for third time and fourth time, always 20ºc and 0.4mpa for 20 min.
- stiil have a very very little bubble at the bottom left corner.

LCD 02 is a Galaxy S4
- put it in autoclave at 20ºC and 0.4 MPA for 20 minutes.
- Many bubble still remaining
- put it in autoclave at 50ºC and 0.4 MPA for 40 minutes.
- Less bubble, but still many of them
- put it in autoclave at 75ºC and 0.4 MPA for 40 minutes.
- Almost no bubble and some came back couple hours
- as recomended, put in autoclave again at 20ºC an 0.4 MPA
- Just one medium bubble, but some others came back couple hours later

So. As i mentioned before, i am doing almost everything manually. The only machine i have is autoclave.
Do you think my problem could be on laminating?

There is no difference, separate or in one. You can place up to 10 screens in to it.

The bubbles come back not depend on the machine you gonna use.

Hi all!
I encountered the same problem from last week (some little bubbles the next day to rework) but I still can't understand what causes them... I'm using the same machines, the same OCAs (Mitsubishi), the same chemistry for cleaning, the same compressor and so on.
The onliest criteria that changed is the temperature otside and, normally, inside...
Does there matters the air quality and humidity? (seen that somebody sais to bake the OCA before using to get out the possible moisture) but I don't use the clean room and did not use before.
I don't have an autoclave, but before there was no bubbles so I don't think this would be the problem.
About the machines like "5 in 1"- guys, that kind of machines DOES NOT WORK!!!
If you want to do a good job, you MUST have an apparatus for only one procedure.
Even in electronics there is an axioma- Less complicated is the device, it better works!
Also, I'm very sceptic about the kn6.2 films.
One man told me that the bubbles depends from the compressor power, the autoclave pressure, the temperature and operating time.
I already made a lot of tries, but it seems that will have to do a lot more.
