hi guyes can any body help me my samsung c100 have the hanging problom some time work perfectly but some time hang when i start the phone plz breifly guide me that it is a software problom or hardware and how can i reset my phone my mail address is [email protected]

Check for water entry especially on the keypad. Also check volume buttons are o.k. Also check post suggested by Yassinov in this forum.
