C100 Limited Service - GSM-Forum

I have a Samsung C100 with "Limited Service". In manual search it can identify all available networks. But can't make or recieve any call.

I allready changed PA and Antena Switch with some good working ones.
The Antena Track is OK
IMEI is also OK.

Do you have any idea.

just rebuild imei and change imei its ok
