Hi folks, old duffer needing help here.

I have a problem in that I cannot get into my phone as the touch screen has gone doolally, I cannot get to the bottom 2 lines, for example:-
touching 3 selects nothing
touching 6 selects nothing
touching 9 selects 3
touching <X selects 3
touching sos selects 6

I have a USB cable and have tried up vol and lock button then plug in and had no success.

I am guessing that some software might help me out but I do not have a cd for the phone.

Any help appreciated.

Replace touch,take the phone to any private unlock/repair shop.

If replacement is the answer I feel the phone is not worth enough to warrant paying someone to do the work. I have seen replacement screens for around £5 on line, I will try doing the job myself.

In the meantime if anyone knows a way to reset the phone while I am locked out I am up for trying it!

Hey ROG how did you get on? Did you replaced it by yourself? Did you replaced Digitizer or touch screen?Cuz i have the same problem with mine, it was a great phone till now so it's painful to get rid of it
