Red face Cant hear anything both side when making or receiving the calls

This is Hana from Ethiopia. I am having S4 which bought from USA 6 months back but now Cant hear anything both side when making or receiving the calls, even though it get connected.

Model : SGH-M919 : (I could provide my IMEI also if needed)

I am m sure there is some bug on the recent firmware ( kernel 4.4.4) update causing this issue. I restated cell several times.

Please help me to resolve this issue as without able to make or receive call the phone is not useful, I have tried using headset and blue tooth also, nothing is working . Also i tried to record the voice and play sound, all works fine, all other applications and internet works fine .
