pls , i have samsung r220 with cntact service system failure i have flash it but it refuse to go any hadware solution pls help

There ar 2 posibilits:
1- it is a hardware error....eeprom is damaged.you will need to change the EEP.
2- it is a software error ...wich is very common in this model; you will have to use UST to repair this problem, if id doesn`t work you will have to write a virgin eeprom then use the same function again and phone will be 100% fixed an working.

Little heat all boad and clean charge connector and refresh with ust pro crack your problem 100% ok try it
