hi 2 all have a samsung e600 key pads wont work + does not show batery icon pls help (IF I POWER ON PHONE IT SOMETIMES SWITHES OFF EMEDIATLY)

Ok, I have a Samsung E720, that went into a pool for a while.
The client says just for 10 seconds, (enough I think, jeje), he took it out, put batery apart, and he dismantle the whole area where the main board is, and the keypad. he dried everything with a hairdresser.
Now the phone DOES power up, screen is perfect, image as well, sounds good, the tipical samsung melody.
The problem is that only the keypad DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.

I have cleaned up the mainboard, with a little brush, alcohol, and destiled water, i have brushed very carefully the flex conector.
But still same trouble, NO KEY PAD AT ALL.

Would it be necesary to dismantle the upper part of the phone????
Where the screen is, or its just a problem of the keypad, flex, mainboard?????

only PWR key is working.
phone is water damage on the uper side of the keypad , components there was dirtly.
i have cleaned phone (it was dead before) and phone is working again .
no keypad , i have checked all i have found on the forum. removed camera and volume keys , replaced mic , i have replaced the 5 leg component near sim reader. all same results , only pwr key is working.
ideas ?
