m havin D500,whille switching on bluetooth it says activating bluetooth error and it says the same on irda

bro this is noth hardwear problem this problem is soft full flash phone with FULL FLASH ONLY HWK AND PROBLEM SOLVED 100 %

Bro just rehot Bluetooth module (in the bottom of pcb near bettry connector) , if it don't work then change it .

yes this is 100% hardware problem.Don't use flash for this.

just change bluetooth ic near the battery connector your problem will be solve 100%
