d500 dead cant flash


hello im quite new and a novice so here goes,d500 no water damage no sign of fall, no life what so ever wont charge wont flash could it be the ribbon/flexi? this is a very clean phone only a couple of weeks old, any help is much apreciated-tried doing a serch but no luck

If it's flex problem the phone should flash or shows light at least while charging.
You have to check PA

PA means Power amplifier.
Anyway check those 3 ICs in the picture, those can make your phone not to power

ok ive checked those in above picture there is no reading on u102 but very small reading on other 2 do i need to replace the one with no reading?

U102, try to remove it and resolder it back, sometimes will work, if not try another one.

If the phone is not connecting to software, i don't know guys how you keep on insisting to "remove battery and flash"

His phone seems hardware problem to me.
