Question d500, some keys dont work...


hi, i have one d500 and some keys dont work, greem key, up and donw key, C key and up volume and camera key...

i already dissmbly the phone and i saw the flex poin is a litle damage, and its like some conctacts of the flex conector are unsoldered...

whem i buy it, it have no image, i cleam the flex and the screem works, but sometimes have some interferences...

need i change flex??

first change the flex cable then key in this code to reinstall the software
the code is:*2767*3855#and there is one more code that is:*2767*2878#

i allready change the flex cable... but just the green and C key are solved.. the others still the same...
it can be a software problem?? the phone is allways rebooting, and sometimes crash and just removing the baterry back to normal.
help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
