D500 speaker (earpiece) don't work - GSM-Forum

Hi all! D500 speaker does not work but when I press or squeeze the phone arround to the on/off button it starts to work fine.... I tried a new ribbon, reflow melody IC, resolder all arround it, and also same. Inserts of foam stickers to budge don't solve a problem. Service manual don't give the decision. Know anybothy somthing? Help me to solve this problem! 10x in advance!

Don't believe, that in the whole of that big world nobody know nothing about this problem.

YES ME TOO i have the same problem i changle melody ic i change 26mhz, diod near the melody ic.I think this can be problem or power suplie or cpu beucase what else?First i will check tomorow if is working with HF and i will try to find the solution to fix this

At last I am sure, that problem is in mather board, but where?????????

i have same problem. I've changed earpiece and top board still no sound. can any one help?????

check your c315 or short the capacitor

I made try with by-pas AMP_N, and AMP_P from U300 pin 17,18 by C301, because had suppose that the ways inside the board may be are break, but still the same - speaker work only by pressing around key 2,3.

I had this problem one week ago ) Rehoting ICs (U662, U663, U661, U604, U300 and U303) resolve my problem. Try it and post results, pls.

i have the sam problem after chaning the lcd ribbon thers no sound in the speaker and no ringtones,,sure in d500..i need asolution please????

A similar problem with E700 was resolved with CPU resoldering

few days ago ...

hi
i had a d500 speaker not working.i changed top board,ribbon.melody ic n still didnt work.finally flash the fone n it worked fine.
