D600 Charging Problem - GSM-Forum

After serching the whole forum but couldnt find a solution related to my problem.

Customer brought d600 to me other with a strange problem, when charger pluged in it shows charging but it doesn't really charge the battery, could some body explain what need to be checked or change.

check if there is voltage coming out the battery connecter, if not then the battery is faulty

I have checked the voltage -3.44 wich i think not right.

thats fine..u probably just got the test leads the wrong way round thats why u got - MINUS reading.

change the battery, also check the voltage on the battery

Could that be not charging ic or charger ic? Because you may know there are chargers available in the market with little light on so if pluge in to the phone light colour change. If not charging light colour stay same.

I've tried a battery from an other working phone but problem is same

hello!

try to change small black square ic on the right hand side of the charging port.

i have a 90% similar pb
d600 accept charge and after 2h~3h shoing charge complete

but when i let him powred after 3~5h power off and battery low

i changed the charge ic and network ic but always the same pb.

any solution plz??
