D600 Mp3 Vİdeo Camera No - GSM-Forum

Help me please!
My D600 is having this problem: i can hear sound with all applications,also i hear 3d stereo sound when i enter sound settings in settings menu but when i enter in mp3 player and push start a little sound like a bug sounds quickly and no sound comes out but i can see that the mp3 is working,just the sound gets mute.Video player is the same thing, recording without sound and reproduces no sound(i´ve already record and copied the file to pc and no sound too). I´ve already put the code to full reset and didn´t worked,so,please,help me?
