below i describe, wit phone screen facing down.

-remove battery
-remove four screws in back
-use jimmy tool to remove back cover

-carefully flip board and remove ribbon from connector
-take out 6 screws you see. phone is now in half

-remove two rubber bungs from top of phone
-remove all four screws you see

-remove screen board from screen housing.

please, when opening and closing connectors, try to work at both ends at same time. not from the middle, as you will break black supporting clip in half...

that is it

btw, i recomend you take to a profesional for this task.

you will need (minimum):
philips head screwdriver
jimmy tool
new ribbon

you will need (maybe)
ultrasonic bath
rework station
