D820 Flat Cable

I am attempting to replace the housing on my D820. However, I can not determine how to remove the ribbon (flat) cable from the PCB or the LCD. Can someone please offer some assistance? The cable appears to be glued to the board on the LCD side... and I can not figure out how to remove it on the PCB side. Help!
