i mention already that in pic ...just change these parts which is marked on the main bord thats it ...i tried many times..post result wen u try

Problem will not be solved if you change UPL400 because on the market exist 2 type mother board,try with my solution

@ marple , with me your jumper link makes the phone detect charger but when i just connect the charger then result fake battery full !!!
I have just tested it.
Just to change and solder the wire to the upper capacitor (C240) positive side (+) in your attached picture and everything works fine
