D900i crashed

Hi all, hope someone can help with this...

A couple of days ago whislt in mid-txt my 900i crashed.. screen went bannanas displayed all sorts of symbols and then displayed text mirror fashion.. Now the screen is off-centre and graphics are jumbled etc.

Its never been unlocked and is still t-mobile registered.. Unfortunately its now out of warranty and given its age I'm reluctant to take it to a service centre.. But it was a great phone up till then.. So good in fact that when my contract was renewed last year I gave my mrs my new LG KM900 and kept the samsung.. (Laugh is she now has problems with it, but I'll wirte that up over on the LG forum)

Is there a soft reset process, For the the Sammy? (I've left the battery out for a day and that didnt work)

Step by step instructions would be great thanks..

Regards
Tef
