my e800 screen started loosing colour and then going upside down after downloading a ringtone. now the screen has gone white and no display. can anyone help. if it needs flashing can someone point me in the direction of a flash

try to change the rubon it will work 100%

i have the same problem but what is rubon?

He means the 'ribbon' that connects the screen to the phone

It was just a simple typo
