E250 backlight stays on

I replaced the lcd and flexi on a e250. The back light stays on. I have replaced the flexi twice to sort out the problem and there are no shorts on the lcd connections.Any suggestions. Your help will be appreciated.

There could be some liquid damage in the phone. Try and observe well the pcb and if you see any sign of verdigris that is white rust in electronic pcbs which is usually caused by liquid contact or moisture condensation during damp condition. If you found such clean well pcb with isopropenol or nitrocellulosre thinner and then do some heating. Good luck.
