E250 big problem - GSM-Forum

i have E250 the problem is doest not power on... when i check with powersupply show me only 1 not above this .. after some wash the set and some care full heat set will be flash full and show me succesfull but doest not power on ... send me any good solution with pic ... ? thanks in advance .....?
